Aliso Viejo Veterans Can Claim 2026 Commemorative Pin and Hat Through November 10, While Supplies Last

ALISO VIEJO, Calif. — October 31, 2026. Ahead of Veterans Day, the City of Aliso Viejo is offering local military veterans a small commemorative gift recognizing their service.

Under the city’s “Thank You Veterans” initiative, Aliso Viejo veterans are invited to collect a 2026 commemorative pin and an Aliso Viejo Veteran hat at Aliso Viejo Ranch, 100 Park Avenue. The announced distribution period runs from October 10 through November 10, while supplies last.

Before you go

The published notice does not specify the daily pickup hours, whether identification or proof of service will be requested, or how many items are left. Veterans planning a trip should contact the city’s Recreation & Community Services Department first at 949-425-2550 or recreation@avcity.org.

This is a community recognition offer rather than a government veterans benefit, cash assistance program or application for services through the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Veterans Day is November 11

The giveaway concludes the day before Veterans Day, when communities across the country recognize the service of people who have served in the U.S. military. The city frames the pin and hat as a gesture of local appreciation.

Residents may also contact the city if they want to learn about other community events and programs. This article is based on the announced offer and does not verify present stock levels.
